A Word on Prices

 A Word on Prices:

It is unwise to pay too much.   However, it is far worse to pay for inferior quality!

The single biggest cost element in this process is POSTAGE.  Due to the cost of production and postage combined, your costs due to "returned mail" will far outweighed the cost of the raw data.

In the words of a wise old man, " I have never been been disappointed in the most expensive tools, however I have ALWAYS been disappointed in the cheapest!"

What time is the data uploaded to the website?

The data is typically uploaded with minutes of our researchers sending the data in from the field.  This can be anytime during the day.  However, experience shows that there is usually some first thing in the early morning hours, then again around noon, and then the final push between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

On Fridays: we try to get the data to the firms before 2:30pm and 3:00pm.  This allows staffers time to complete the mailers and still address the usual Friday crush in the office.  In rare circumstances, data could come later, but that is something we work to avoid at all costs.
