A Word on Prices

 A Word on Prices:

It is unwise to pay too much.   However, it is far worse to pay for inferior quality!

The single biggest cost element in this process is POSTAGE.  Due to the cost of production and postage combined, your costs due to "returned mail" will far outweighed the cost of the raw data.

In the words of a wise old man, " I have never been been disappointed in the most expensive tools, however I have ALWAYS been disappointed in the cheapest!"

Is the data reliable?

Typically, we provide a verbatem copy of the data as it is entered into the Supreme Courts data base.  However, every court clerk enters the data in a different fashion.  We have found that this is the greatest cause of errors.  Even with our efforts, errors can and are made and when such happens we attempt to get an email out to all our clients alerting them of a problem.  Fortunately, this does not happen frequently!

The greater question is how reliable are the addresses compared to other services!  Unlike other services which use a multi internet search protocol to find addresses, we will ONLY use addresses of record at the courthouses.  This prevents common names within the same zip code getting sent to the wrong "John Smith".  Our concern has proven to be a real world danger for bar complaints if a firm notifies the wrong person within a common zip code with search target name.    The mental and emotional angst of someone who has been told they  were charged with a crime that they have no knowledge could easily be a negative concern of the Bar  and one we want to prevent by avoiding such bad data.

Simply put there is no excuse for relying on bad data and spreading unneccessary fear to the public.
